{"id":2540,"date":"2022-04-11T18:28:26","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T16:28:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jacky-craissac.fr\/index.php\/dedicace-_copie\/"},"modified":"2024-10-03T13:27:10","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T11:27:10","slug":"dedicace-en","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/jacky-craissac.fr\/index.php\/en\/dedicace-en\/","title":{"rendered":"DEDICATION 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>DEDICATION OF THE JACQUES THIBAUD CONSERVATORY<\/strong><br><strong>TO THE CAPC MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART OF BORDEAUX APRIL 10, 2010<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"540\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 720 \/ 540;\" width=\"720\" controls src=\"http:\/\/jacky-craissac.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Nuit-de-la-creation-2010-montage-576.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>On April 10, 2010, Jacky CRAISSAC is the guest artist of <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.capc-bordeaux.fr\/agenda\/nuit-de-la-creation\"><strong>the Night of Creation,<\/strong> <\/a>an exhibition dedicated to musical (instrumental and electroacoustic) and choreographic works composed and performed by students from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bordeaux.fr\/p63952\/conservatoire-de-bordeaux-jacques-thibaud\">J<strong>acques Thibaud Conservatory<\/strong><\/a> hosted for the third consecutive year at the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.capc-bordeaux.fr\/\">CAPC Mus\u00e9e of Contemporary Art<\/a><\/strong> in Bordeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean-Luc Portelli, director of the conservatory, develops the main theme of this edition: <em>Plucked strings and percussion<\/em> with the presence of Jacky Craissac, aware of the artistic challenge that this project represents for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jacky Craissac does not know that the evil he faces for several months will prevent him from honoring an appointment he is waiting for for years. On February 15, 2010, two months before this consecration, he died in discretion, at his home in Escaudes, in the South West of France, south of Bordeaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wishing to pay homage to him, the conservatory dedicates this evening to him. The CAPC welcomes the instruments that Jacky Craissac had chosen to play. Sequences of his work are played, resonating with the soul of the extraordinary architectural space of the large nave of the Entrep\u00f4ts Lain\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">NIGHT OF CREATION (NUIT DE LA CR\u00c9ATION)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u201cThe various concerts of Jacky Craissac that I attended were all marked by freedom in playing and listening to sound unique which ultimately oriented the musical course and the setting in play instruments. Their uniqueness and inviting sonic characteristic the musician, sometimes with breathtaking virtuosity, explores particular according to resonances, harmonics present or not, game or typing modes, interactions natural between sounds. I was touched by this feeling of \u00ab\u00a0great crossing\u00a0\u00bb to which he invited us during a creation that could last two hours. Each concert was a &nbsp;unique experience. Obviously an artist like Jacky Craissac was quite atypical and I think I can say that programming it required a certain courage or at least a certain audacity. I really wanted to create the conditions for a collaboration with him knowing that his approach was not easy to associate with that of a conservatory, both its paths of thought and practice music were moving away from academic transmission.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 program Jacky Craissac as guest artist of the Night of Creation at the CAPC Museum of Contemporary Art from Bordeaux. It was a question of offering him a place of choice in the fifth edition of this event devoted to creation in music and dance. The CAPC space was ideal for installing the instruments, its acoustics perfectly suited to the resonance of their harmonics and their subbasses. It only remained to imagine how to articulate a game time for its solo creation and another for the creations of the students of the conservatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 The young composers were fascinated by the character, the instruments and the project. We discussed the possible structures and some ideas of instruments that could be associated.
